Tibetan Spaniels, and Australian Shepherds have called our hobby farm home for years. Located on beautiful Salt Spring Island, B.C. Canada, our dogs have traveled to show and pet homes all over the world. To continually improve our breeding lines and genetics we have imported top quality dogs from many different countries allowing us to have some of the best quality Tibetan Spaniels in Canada.
Trekhond Kennel has been breeding dogs for close to 30 years. In the past I also bred Border Terriers, and Schipperkes.I carefully research the historic pedigrees of our dogs and perform continual testing to ensure our dogs meet the top standard I am known for. To keep our standards high I only produce one to two litters a year. |

We are a small kennel where our dogs are truly part of our family. Our life revolves around our dogs from showing in confirmation, obedience, herding, to just laying on the couch.

Ann McPhee
Ann has been showing and breeding dogs for nearly 30 years. For many of those years she focused on conformation, and has found a new interest in competitive obedience.
Ann has been teaching beginner and intermediate dog obedience to pet owners for over 30 years. She believes that this service to the Island is an integral part of running a kennel and creating a community of good dog owners. |
